Five-star reviews from Nelson, the Top of the South, and right across NZ & Australia.
Michael did an excellent job scanning my slides and film dating back to 1991. Some of my photos weren't the best but he managed to improve their quality. Very professional and methodical. Highly recommended.
Having Michael scan and put over 2000 slides and nearly 3000 photos plus letters onto a memory stick, at a very reasonable rate, gives family access to important history. I'd recommend him to anyone storing their treasures for future viewing.
Excellent service from Scan4U. I sent a large box of old family photos, some of which were 100 years old. They were scanned, some restored and colorised beautifully, in a timely fashion. I'm pleased to share these with family.
I started Scan4U because I kept hearing the same thing — “there's a whole box of photos in the garage, but I don't know what to do with them.” Tapes that no longer play. Slides nobody has projected in thirty years. Albums softly fading on a top shelf.
So I built a studio for exactly that. Calibrated scanners, frame-by-frame film transfer, archival-grade workflows, and the patience to handle a hundred-year-old print like it's the only one in the world. Because to someone, it is.
