Priced in New Zealand dollars. Nothing added at checkout — your estimate is the price you pay.

Estimate first, then go

We sort and count everything you send us, then send a written estimate. Scanning only starts once you've said yes.

Typical turnaround

Small projects: 1–2 weeks. Larger archives: 4–6 weeks. Rush jobs by arrangement — talk to us early if you have a deadline.

Volume discounts

Big project (5,000+ photos, 50+ tapes)? Get in touch — there's almost always a better rate available at scale.

Originals come home

We return every original alongside the digital files. They're insured in transit, and treated like the only copy in the world.

Postage options

We accept CourierPost to our PO Box. Bring it in person to our Nelson studio, or for fragile / large archives we can arrange pickup.
